SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Wednesday 12/9, 8pm: Make Latkes sweet & savory with Downtown Jewish Moms on zoom.
Night #1: Thursday 12/10, 5:15pm: (In person) 1st Candle: Community Menorah Lighting celebrating the 1st night of Chanukah, outside Washington Market Park with holiday goodies to-go and glowing giveaways. To ensure a safe event, we need all participants to register in advance.
UPDATE: 5:15pm is sold out, we've added a 6:00pm time slot
Night #2: Get ready to celebrate Shabbat and the 2nd night of Chanukah with ‘If the Candles Could Speak’, an interactive story time + Shabbat & holiday songs & a Menorah lighting on ZOOM with Yonatan & Rabbi Zalman.
Night #3: Saturday 12/12, 5:55pm: (In Person) Let it Glow! An outdoor and socially distanced memorable holiday celebration on night #3 at Lumino City. Menorah lighting at 5:55pm, Glow experience 6:15pm. RSVP HERE and save 15% with code COT15.
Night #4: Sunday 12/13, 5:30pm: (Virtual) Chanukah Wonderland in a box. Grab your family + your pre-ordered Chanukah box, jam packed with holiday fun and join us on zoom for a special celebration. Includes crafts, giveaways and some special surprises!
Night #5: Monday 12/14, 5:30pm: (Virtual) Get ready to show off your moves - it's a Chanukah Disco Night! + light the Menorah together with Yonatan & Rabbi Zalman.
Night #6: Tuesday 12/15, 5:30pm: (Virtual) Get your dreidels ready for all kinds of dizzy dreidel fun + light the Menorah with Yonatan & Rabbi Zalman.
Night #7: Wednesday 12/16, 5:30pm: (Virtual) Get your flashlights out for a fast paced Chanukah scavenger hunt + light the Menorah with Yonatan & Rabbi Zalman.
Night #8: Thursday 12/17, 5:30pm: (Virtual) Get ready to experiment with some zany Mad Science + Light the Menorah with Yonatan & Rabbi Zalman.
FOR TEENS & TWEENS:
We need your help to spread holiday joy: Join us to package Chanukah gifts for senior citizens in our community. This is an outdoor event so bundle up, social distancing and masks required. Thursday, 12/10 at 4:30pm followed by our community candle lighting at 5:15pm in honor of the first night of Chanukah. RSVP REQUIRED.
It simply does not feel like quite like Chanukah without delicious donuts to munch on! Join your CTeen/Cteen Jr friends for a jelly donut making Zoom class led by a master baker and enjoy these yummy Chanukah treats freshly made. Includes a special package sent to your home.
